Logo MCFLa Fondazione Matteo Caleo annuncia la terza edizione del premio “Matteo Caleo” riservato a tesi di dottorato che hanno affrontato tematiche riconducibili all’ambito delle Neuroscienze.
I premi di dottorato sono quantificati nei seguenti importi: € 1.500,00 al netto delle ritenute fiscali di legge per il/la primo/a classificato/a, € 500,00 al netto delle ritenute fiscali di legge per il/la secondo/a classificato/a e una targa commemorativa per il/la terzo/a classificato/a. I premi sono messi a disposizione dalla Fondazione Matteo Caleo Foundation ETS e sono destinati a studenti/esse che abbiano svolto un progetto triennale in ambito Neuroscienze, all’interno del 38° ciclo di dottorato delle Università italiane.

La scadenza per presentare le domande è il 09 Aprile 2026 entro le ore 17:00.

Microscopy Course 2026

Anteprima microscopy 2026Il programma di Dottorato in Biologia è lieto di annunciare un nuovo corso dedicato alla formazione dei dottorandi intitolato "Microscopy Course 2026". Il corso di 12 ore si svolgerà in presenza nelle date e negli orari riportati in locandina. Organizzatrice del corso Prof.ssa Michela Ori.

Programma

Nanyang Technical University in Singapore has made available 13 PhD projects co-supervised with professors from the University of Pisa on the topics listed below.
The 4-year PhDs involve a period of 9-18 months of activities to be carried out here in Pisa.

The official application deadline of 31 January has been extended to 28 February, for admission to the doctorate starting in August 2026. Thereafter, it will still be possible to apply for the PhD starting in January 2027.

Important:
- before applying, contact the project contact persons to check in which PhD course it is preferable to apply
- it is not necessary to have already obtained the degree at the time of application, but it must be presented at the time of acceptance of the position before the start of the PhD
- knowledge of the English language at a certified B1 level is required
- the number of total NTU doctoral fellowships is limited and whether or not they will be awarded will depend on the outcome of the evaluation of applicants.
