| 2 | 2007-02-08 18:57:04.99706 | Meeting of Bryophyte Commission postponed | As requested by the Commission Secretary and agreed by the OPTIMA Secretary, the meeting of the Bryophyte Commission is postponed from from Sunday 9 September (h 9.30-11.30 at the Botanic garden) to Friday, lunch time (h 13.30-15.00 at the Congress Hall), i.e. immediately before Symposium 9 (Bryofloristics and bryotaxonomy), scheduled as concurrent session from 15.00 to 19.00. |

Secretary: C. Blasi Symposium 3: Plants and Man: symbiosis and antagonism through the times. Secretary: A. Danin afternoon session, 15-19 (plenary): Symposium 4: Karyology and palynology of Mediterranean plants: case studies. Co-secretaries: S. Siljak-Yakovlev and G. Kamari In other words, the afternoon Symposia have been anticipated to the morning while the morning Symposium has been posticipated to the afternoon. |
| 4 | 2007-06-22 18:36:05.856462 | ATTENTION: CHANGE OF MAIN VENUE OF THE MEETING! | Due to a fire that caused critical damages to the structure and facilities of the Congress Palace, where all Symposia had been scheduled to take place, the organizers have been forced to find a new main venue for the Meeting. Therefore, the Symposia and related events, including the poster session, will take place in the "Polo didattico di Porta Nuova" ("Porta Nuova" Didactic Center), via Pietrasantina, close to the Leaning Tower Square. The organizers apologize for the inconvenient, due to external and unpredictable causes. |
